Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) is an architecture firm based in Rotterdam that was founded in 1975 by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas and Greek architect Elia Zenghelis, along with Madelon Vriesendorp and Zoe Zenghelis.
