She was born in Ankara in 1968. In 1989, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, Yıldız Technical University. Between 1989 and 1995, she worked at various architectural firms. In 1995, he co-founded db Mimarlık ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. with Bünyamin Derman. She currently continues her professional practice at his own studio. Since the early 1990s, she has participated in numerous national and international competitions, winning a multitude of awards and honorable mentions—including two equivalent prizes and seven first-place awards.
